One month ago yesterday, the Swan family welcomed their sweet baby girl, Palmer, into their lives. 

After some rough times the first couple weeks with a nasty flu bug that swept through the whole family, I was able to get together with them and meet Palmer. 

 

 

She was so alert for being just a couple of weeks old.  We slipped her into her spring dress and she decided to nap.  I hope that Mother Nature is checking out the picture below, shaking off the cobwebs of winter, and decides to spread some warmth on us.  Soon.

 

Patrick, Palmer's older brother, was waiting patiently for Palmer to get her pictures taken.  Patrick and I had some down time while Palmer was eating, so I tried getting him to smile for me...I bet you can't guess what finally did it...

 

I love that kid, and his never ending love for Elmo!

 

Congratulations Swan family on your newest addition to your wonderful family!  I look forward of years to come with your sweeties!
